Dillinger Smokes

Dillinger
lit up a cigarette
and watched
the smoke
fill up
the inside
of the car.
Billie reached over
to roll down the window.
"Its hard enough
breathing already."
He moved
his hand
from her thigh
and stopped her.
"Something tells me
that smoking is not
what's gonna kill me.
